Chacom
Chacom is linked to one of the oldest pipe-making traditions in the world. In 1825, the Comoy family began crafting boxwood pipes in the small village of Avignon, near the birthplace of pipes in St. Claude, France, initially supplying Napoleon’s army. By 1879, Henri Comoy joined forces with his cousin Chapuis to produce briar pipes in France, destined for the London market. The brand name Chacom was officially established in 1928, combining both family names. Over the following decades, the company expanded internationally, offering its pipes throughout the world.
