Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • Due to federal and state regulations, we unfortunately can not ship pipe tobacco or cigars to the following states and locations:
    • Massachusetts
    • Utah
    • South Dakota
    • Washington
    • Hawaii
    • Maine
    • Any other locality where tobacco shipments are restricted or prohibited.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international locations.
  • Orders placed from restricted locations will be canceled and refunded.

1.1 Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, although we try our best to ship same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
  • Nova Pipes & Tobacco is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

1.2 Shipping Costs and Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
  • Free shipping may be offered for promotional events, subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
  • It is the consumer's responsibility to pay applicable sales tax in their jurisdiction.

1.3 Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced deliveries.

1.4 Age Verification Upon Delivery

  • Some states require an adult signature upon delivery for tobacco products.
  • If age verification is required, the carrier will request a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
  • If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. If returned, a restocking fee may apply.

1.5 Shipping Restrictions

  • We comply with all federal and state laws regarding the sale and shipment of tobacco products.
  • Nova Pipes & Tobacco is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
  • In the event of unforeseen shipping restrictions imposed by law or regulatory changes, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and provide refunds as necessary.

2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right!
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
